Double acting linear hydraulic actuator selection

The suggested safety factor for double acting linear hydraulic actuator under normal working conditions is 20%-30%.

For example

The thrust needed by valve=10KN,valve travel is 100mm

The thrust considered safety factor=10×(1+30%)=13KN

Oil pressure supply=10Mpa

According to the thrust parameters of double acting linear hydraulic actuator ,we can choose the minimum model is FYG-DA40/18X110
