II TheStructural Features of Pneumatic Ball Valves Series
1. Pneumatic actuator: the new series ofF1 type pneumatic actuators, a double-acting and single acting (spring reset),gear and rack driving, safe and reliable: large diameter valve adopts series F3type pneumatic actuator transmission fork type, reasonable structure, largeoutput torque, a double-acting and single acting (spring reset) : refer to thecompany pneumatic actuator samples.
2. Shell structure: The valve body of the fixed ball valve can bedesigned according to the different needs and actual working conditions forcasting structure, forging structure and all-welded structure three forms, ofwhich all-welded structure of the ball valve is mainly suitable for buried use.
III Unique seating design
Unique Sealing Structure of Valve BaseFloating ball valve adopts the structure of lip-type elastic sealing ting toinsure the sealing dependability. For ball valves used in low-temsion,ultra-low-tension or vacuum conditions. the valve-base sealing structure withleaf spring loading is adopted to maintain long-time reliable sealing. Thevalve-base of high or medium-temperature ball valve may use para-position Polyphemus or metal material.
1.Clog and drain: When the valve is closed, the upper and lower seats block thefluid, and the body cavity stagnation can be discharged through the draindevice.
2. Automatic pressure relief structure: when the pressure in themiddle chamber rises abnormally, the medium chamber medium can push the seat byits own thrust and automatically relieve pressure, so as to ensure the safetyof the valve body.
3, the stem of the reliable seal: the stem adopts a backsealunder the structure, backseal sealing force increases with the increase ofmedia pressure, it can ensure the stem of the reliable seal, and, when the stemabnormal boost pressure, the stem will not ejected.
4, fire structure: according to the working conditions and userneeds, the ball valve can be designed as fire structure. The fireproof designof ball valve is executed according to AP1607 and JB/T6899 and other standards.In case of fire, when the soft sealing ring burns, the fireproof structure ofball valve can prevent the leakage of a large number of media and prevent thefurther expansion of fire.
5, anti-static structure: when operating the valve, due to thefriction between the ball and the seat, there will be electrostatic charge andaccumulation on the ball. In order to prevent the generation of electrostaticsparks, the valve is specially equipped with an electrostatic device to exportthe charge accumulated on the ball.
Full size structure and reduced size structure: to meet thedifferent needs of users, the company's ball valve products have full size andreduced size two series. The channel diameter of the full-size ball valve isthe same as that of the pipe, which is convenient for cleaning management,while the importance of the reduced diameter ball valve series is relativelylight, but the fluid resistance is only about 1/7 of that of the same diameterglobe valve, so the reduced diameter ball valve series has a broad applicationprospect.
