This product is a small-hydraulic power unit equipped with electro-hydraulic actuator, which is designed and prouducted independently by our company through the introduction of advanced hydraulic control technology from Europe.The pump, motor and hydraulic control components in the unit are all high-quality products of international leading brands.The opening and closing of the double acting power unit F4-SCB is driven by hydraulic pressure. The output power unit flow is 2.15L/min and 4.3L/min and 6.0L/min. Intelligent electro-hydraulic actuator (TJ) can adjust valve opening degree according to 4-20mA control signal. All the power units mentioned above are achieved explosion-proof design.
All the above-mentioned power units can be designed for explosion protection.

Ⅲ Working principle of F4-SCB series hydraulic power unit

The control signal of valve switch comes from integrated circuit electric control cabinet (DCS communication interface).
1. Valve opening: the power unit F4-SCB gets the valve opening signal, and the motor starts to drive the hydraulic pump to provide power oil to the actuator "valve opening" oil port until the actuator is completely opened; At this point,the limit switch on the actuator sends a signal to cut off the motor power and sends a "valve open" signal back to the integrated control cabinet.
2. valve closing: power unit F4-SCB signals to valve closing, motor starts to drive hydraulic pump to provide power oil to actuator "valve closing" oil port, until actuator is completely closed; At this time, the limit switch on the actuator sends a signal to cut off the motor power and sends a "valve close"signal to feed back to the integrated control cabinet.
3. Intelligent valve control: in the working condition requiring valve opening degree adjustment, the actuator plus supporting stroke encoder and adjustment integrated module can adjust the actuator 0° ~ 90° stroke positioning under the control signal of 4 ~ 20mA, and the control precision is less than 2%.
4. Three-break valve position: when "three-break" occurs in the operation process of the hydraulic unit (power cut, signal cut, pressure cut), the actuator will remainin place.
5. Valve stuck alarm:When the actuator gets the open/close valve signal and the valve is stuck and can not be fully opened/closed, The electric power of the hydraulic unit is cutoff by the preset time relay in the electric control cabinet and at the same time issued the valve stuck alarm.
6. Emergency on site operation: The actuator is equipped with an emergency operation interface. In the case of "three break", the valve actuator can open or close the valve through a portable emergency hand pump

Remark:
1. The valve closing time shown in the table is the fastest closing valve speed under standard Lpus. If the fastest switching speed configured in this way cannot meet the working conditions, it is recommended to configure LPU with large flow rate and keep the output torque unchanged.The viscosity of hydraulic oil should be 15~68CST. It should be clean and free of impurities. It is recommended to use 32# hydraulic oil.
2. Before installation, ensure that the cylinder, tubing, joints and other hydraulic components clean without any impurities adhesion.
