I. Overview of the functions of electro-hydraulic actuators
1. Introduction to Features
The F4-Y-SR/HPU series actuator is an electro-hydraulic product developed to adapt to personalized and complex control of valves, which can output medium to large torque; The pumps, motors, accumulators, and hydraulic control components in the unit are all imported or high-quality domestic brand products. Spring return electro-hydraulic actuators are usually equipped with a 2/3-way solenoid valve to control the oil circuit, which can achieve power outage or receive an ESD signal. When the actuator quickly resets the spring, it can close the valve FC (or FO), and the valve opening and closing speed can be up to 0.5S; The intelligent adjustment type not only has the function of spring reset quick closing or quick opening, but also is equipped with a proportional servo valve and PLC, allowing the system to adjust the valve opening degree arbitrarily based on a 4-20mA control signal, with a maximum accuracy of 0.1% to 0.2%. In addition, the organic combination of the above functional modules can also achieve more advanced complex control functions, such as intelligent regulation+ESD function, ESD+PST function, and so on.The above power units can all achieve explosion-proof design.

3. Environmental temperature:-20℃~+80℃ (under special environmental requirements, -40 ℃~+120 ℃ can be customized).

Ⅲ. The principle of hydraulic operation
1. ON-OFF type (FC/FO)

Working principle:
1) Valve opening: The system receives a valve opening signal, causing motor 8 to start. At the same time, Power on to open the solenoid valve in ESD module 3 to open the
valve; When the valve is opened, the system automatically cuts off the motor and then enters a pressure maintaining state.
2)System automatic pressure replenishment: When the system pressure is lower than the lower limit set by the pressure relay, the system provides a pressure replenishment
signal, causing motor 8 to immediately start, stabilizing the energy storage device, until the system pressure rises to the upper limit set by the pressure relay, the system cuts off
the motor again, and the system automatically completes the pressure replenishment.
3) Valve closing: Cut off the control voltage of the solenoid valve in ESD module 3, and the actuator automatically closes the valve under the action of spring force.
2. Regulation&ESD type

Operating instructions:
1. Adjustment positioning: Provide a 4-20mA signal to the adjustment module, hydraulic oil enters the actuator cylinder, the valve begins to move, and the encoder feedback signal is collected at 4-20mA. The control cabinet detects the analog quantity. When the analog quantity feedback reaches the set value, the valve stops moving, enabling valve opening/closing and
proportional adjustment of valve opening;
2. Quick valve closure upon power loss: When the system loses power, the ESD module is connected to the system to quickly release hydraulic oil. The spring quickly rebounds, and the hydraulic actuator piston quickly moves to the right, achieving quick valve closure. The fastest valve opening/closing time can be within 0.5 seconds;
3. Automatic pressure replenishment function: When the system pressure drops to the minimum set pressure, the system starts the motor to supply pressure to the accumulator. When the system pressure reaches the maximum set pressure, the motor trips and stops, and the system pressure replenishment is completed.
4. Manual emergency opening: Close ball valve 6, use hand pump system 5, and manually open and close the valve by shaking the hand pump.

Ⅵ. Remarks
1. Before installation, the hydraulic components such as cylinders, oil pipes and joints must be cleaned without any impurities.
2. The viscosity of hydraulic oil should be 15~68CST. It should be clean and free of impurities. It is recommended to use 32# hydraulic oil.
3. The hydraulic power unit is suitable for horizontal or vertical installation.
4. After starting the operating system for the first time, immediately check whether the oil in the oil tank is sufficient.
5. After the first 100 hours of use, the hydraulic oil should be replaced. Later, the hydraulic oil should be replaced every 3000 hours of use.
